What you are ordering
Glass panels, posts, handrail lengths and fittings are sold individually from the selector above, not as a set. Choose each component your run needs, then add them to your basket.
Key features
Toughened safety glass: 10mm thick tempered glass, polished on all four edges with dubbed rounded corners.
316 marine grade throughout: Posts, handrail and fittings all mirror-polished and rated for coastal sea-spray zones.
Room for the rail: Posts are 1100mm and glass is 900mm, leaving space for the handrail to run along the top.
Four handrail lengths: 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm and 2500mm sections, joined with connectors and elbows.
Complete fitting range: Top spigots, corner and adjustable elbows, straight and wall connectors, end caps and staircase spigots.
Sizing your run
Allow 85mm between each panel where a post stands, and note that glass sits 40mm inside each clamp. Measure the full run, then divide it into panels. A 100mm gap is left at the base by design for water run-off.
Building the rail
Top spigots fix the handrail to each post.
Straight connectors join two lengths of rail in a continuous run.
90 degree and adjustable elbows turn corners and follow staircase slopes.
Wall connectors terminate a run against brickwork or masonry.
End caps finish an open end of rail.
Installation notes
Fixing depth: Fix every post to a solid foundation through all base plate holes, to a minimum depth of 100mm.
Expansion gap: Leave a minimum 3mm between the glass edge and the clamp.
Never use power tools on glass clamps.

The posts and fittings in this system are specific to the handrail build and differ from our no-handrail system, which uses 1000mm glass. The two must not be mixed.
