Ordering & Products

What's the difference between System 1 and System 2? System 1 is our standard balustrade system: 1000mm glass panels with standard posts, no handrail. System 2 is our handrail system: 900mm glass panels paired with handrail-specific posts, rail, and handrail-only fittings. The two systems use different components throughout and are not designed to be mixed — check which system your posts and fittings belong to before ordering additional parts.

Can I mix parts between System 1 and System 2? No. The two systems use different post heights, glass sizes and fixing types, so components aren't interchangeable. If you're topping up an existing installation, check your original order or contact us with your post part number and we'll confirm which system you have.

What material are the posts, clamps and fittings made from? All structural steel components are 316-grade (marine-grade) stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion in coastal, exposed, and high-moisture environments.

Is the glass toughened? Yes, all balustrade glass panels are toughened safety glass.

Do you sell individual parts, or only complete kits? Both. You can buy a complete kit for a full installation, or order posts, clamps, glass panels and fittings individually to extend or repair an existing system.

Do you sell windows, fencing, or bespoke/custom fabrication? No — we specialise in glass balustrade systems, stainless steel balustrade components, and glass rooflights/skylights. We don't offer windows, fencing, or made-to-measure/bespoke fabrication services.

Do you install the balustrade for me? No, we supply components only — we don't offer a fitting or installation service. Most customers use a local glazier, builder, or fit the system themselves following the supplied guidance.

Are your products suitable for balconies, staircases and decking? Yes — both systems are designed for balcony, internal/external staircase, and decking balustrade applications.
