<p><strong>Triple glazed fixed rooflights</strong> for flat roofs, supplied as clear glazed units. Three panes give markedly better thermal performance than a double glazed unit while keeping light transmission high, which suits kitchens, extensions, hallways, garden rooms and loft conversions.</p>

<h3>Fixed rather than opening</h3>
<p>These are non-opening units, chosen for a cleaner sightline and fewer moving parts to fail over time. If you need ventilation, plan for it elsewhere in the room.</p>

<h3>Fourteen sizes</h3>
<p>From <strong>400 x 1200mm</strong> up to <strong>1000 x 1500mm</strong>, covering most standard flat roof openings without bespoke manufacture.</p>

<h3>Measuring correctly</h3>
<p>Measure your <strong>kerb aperture, not the roof opening</strong>. A suitable upstand kerb is required to complete the installation and is <strong>not included</strong> with these units, which are supplied as the glazed panel only.</p>

<p>It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the finished installation meets relevant building regulations. Large fragile items are delivered by specialist freight courier to mainland UK addresses.</p>
